Artetch Circuits Limited are pleased to offer all of our existing and potential customers and designers the ability to obtain a FREE DFM check of their PCB design. This unique service available for the first time from the UK will enable PCB designers to check their PCB design for manufacturing errors. This can help reduce time & costs involved in the manufacture of the PCB.

This state of the art software allows you to upload your data and run it through a number of automated "manufacturability" checks to verify that the PCB is within manufacturing capabilities and to minimise issues within production that give rise to lower yields. By using this service during the design phase it can help to provide the most cost effective solution for your PCB design.

A typical data package for the FREE DFM service should include the following

ODB++ TGZ file is prefered or Gerber(RS274X) data which is a graphical representation of each layer required to produce the photo tool's also included should be solder mask's, silk-screen's, fabrication drawing/Drill drawing, peelable mask & carbon mask's where required.

All files gerber & drill files should be supplied in a compressed file format of either .ZIP or .RAR .

Acceptable formats are as follows (In order of preference)

ODB++
Gerber 274X ( Artworks )
Excellon ( Drill Data )
